- Cutting Machine : In order to convert granite blocks into slabs, we employ diamond cutting technology with the most recent upgrades to the granite cutter are utilized, together with the highest quality diamond segment for precise and Accurate cutting that minimizes the discrepancy between the intended and real sizes. Additionally, it provides a suitable surface for subsequent processing; if this step lags, subsequent processing won't provide the intended outcome.
- Chemical : Certain chemicals are required to polish granite surfaces, give them a glossy, colorful appearance, and ensure their longevity. We use best Quality Materials as per the Industry Standard to ensure long lasting of product.
- EDGE Cutting : These machines are used to equalize edges and produce products to a specified size in accordance with customer requirements.
- Polishing : To achieve a glossy and smooth surface, we use LINE POLISHING MACHINES. We polish using the best abrasive available to achieve the best results, and we've also developed a system for quality control.
- Production Capaicty Currently A Class Stone runs with a monthly production capacity of 2,00,000 Sq Ft. In addition to this, the company also has an unmatched ability to source products 20 times its production capacity, in no time from our peers with the similar level of quality control.
